Youth Forum #DR Congo

On April 30, 2021, IAYSP DR Congo organized a Peace Project and Youth Forum in Kinshasa city, at the New Presidential Gallery building.

YSP partners, a Forum for the Office of the Provincial Youth Council of Kinshasa and the Presidents of the Communal Youth Councils, were in support and advocated towards the theme, “Transformational leadership of young people in a period of crises.”

The aim was raising the awareness of the Presidents of the twenty-four Communal Councils of Kinshasa on their responsibilities to establish lasting peace in Congo and more specifically in Kinshasa – to challenge them in assuming their major role as youth leaders, to contribute to integral development, and prepare them to become Youth Ambassadors for Peace in the near future.
