UN’s International Day of Sports for Development and Peace & Nomination of Youth Peace Ambassadors #Peru

The International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, and the Grand Nomination of Youth Ambassadors for Peace were celebrated.

International speakers explained the importance of celebrating this auspicious occasion. In addition, twenty new Youth Ambassadors for Peace were appointed, from different departments in Peru, who pledged to promote peace, be an example of leadership for youth, and develop initiatives that promote the common good that all citizens should aspire to lead.
