Tree Planting #Philippines

IAYSP Albay Chapter – in association with the Barangay Sumit P. Vera, Viga, Catanduanes, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Catanduanes – conducted a Tree Planting Activity on March 24, 2021, in support of the Billion Trees Project.

Ms. Wilma and Mr. Rene De Belen coordinated the program with fifty participants, who planted one hundred fifty narra saplings from the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Catanduanes.

This activity supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 13, Climate Action; 16, Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions; and 17, Partnership for the Goals.
