The Importance of Beign Leaders #Brazil

YSP Rio Grande do Sul held an online meeting with the theme, “The Importance of Being a Leader.” Through this conference, participants could understand that they do not need to be born as leaders to start leading in society – rather, YSP aims to train and raise leaders. With YSP RS, we have long shared several leadership conferences within the program: Agents of Change. One such program was hosted on October 16, 2021, with the participation of ten young people online by Zoom. The program was concluded with great determination and willingness to become leaders who make a positive difference in society.
