SMART – Defining Smart Goals and Objectives #Brazil

YSP Rio Grande do Sul held an online meeting, “SMART: Defining smart goals and targets;” as part of the program: Agents of Change. This meeting aimed at developing strategies in better organizing goals and targets through utilising the SMART system.

Participants came to the understanding that if they set goals and targets, there will be progress towards building a better society, and the process of becoming good leaders will be easier. Held on October 24, 2021, with the participation of eight young people online through Zoom, this meeting provided informative content that sensitized young people to the value and importance of this topic and resulted in a renewed determination to practice this method and more effectively organize ourselves and achieve our goals.
