Peace Design Table-Leadership of the Future #Angola

IAYSP Angola organized a Peace Designer seminar titled, Leadership of the Future on November 30, 2020. Ambassador Eva Rosa Santos and her nine Peace Makers voiced their opinions during the seminar (SDG 4, 16, and 17).

They concluded that the leadership of the future should be:

Inspiring, ethical, honest, vertical, innovative, creative, humble, empathic leadership, emotionally intelligent, structured thinking, visionary, self-confident, differing from typical styles of leading- one where people can follow their dreams, be flexible, focus on advancing, ability to overcome obstacles, questioning, supporting the sustainable development goals, training themselves and others, and having a cultural matrix.
