Inauguration of the SunHwa Art and Culture Peace Project #Costa Rica
On February 20, 2022, we held an inauguration for the SunHwa Art and Culture Project, where Mayor Steven Barrantes and Deputy Mayor Ivette Mora of Coto Brus, Puntarenas participated. The speakers supported and expressed appreciation to the volunteers of IAYSP Costa Rica for the language classes, and Mr. Jacob Lim, who plays a key role for IAYSP in teaching Tong-Il Moo-Do martial arts.
The Mayor and the Vice-Mayor gave words of gratitude and great encouragement for this project’s success in uplifting the youth community of Coto Brus, Puntarenas.
Additionally, President of IAYSP Costa Rica, Rev. Manho Woo, bestowed remarks of acknowledgement to all present and for the work carried out together with people in leadership positions representing Coto Brus; expressing his appreciation for the opportunity they gave IAYSP in serving the community.
