“It’s natural to feel stress, anxiety, grief, and worry during the COVID – 19 pandemic. You shouldn’t feel bad for feeling this way. What you are feeling is valid. Never dismiss anyone for how they feel, and especially during the hard times, we need more to be understanding and kind towards each other.”
said Ms. Soledad. She added that everyone is different in ways of approaching and viewing a situation.
“Consider what works for you because it is like a trial and error. What works for you might now work for others. With that, we have to explore.”
she said and continued to tackle the different ways of coping up in these trying times. She also said that we have to take a break once in a while. According to her, we have to find and make time to unwind, do the activities we enjoy, and take care of ourselves because life can always be stressful at times.
“Taking care of yourself can better equip you to take care of others.“
Mental Health is extremely important, especially to the youth nowadays, to achieve a better generation. It places them with greater responsibility, and it gives them a greater opportunity as well. The webinar aimed to educate the people on how they could cope with the situation and stresses bought by the present health crisis.
