On March 13, IAYSP discussed self esteem with the theme, “Don’t compare yourself with others, compare with…”

Nowadays, the rate of depression has increased exponentially in Costa Rica, so the team felt an urgency to convey the importance of personal value and character. The speakers provided personal accounts on how they grew as individuals by comparing their current self with their past selves; highlighting how that has positively affected their lives.
