Cultural And Artistic Innovation Festival For Peace #Benin

The fifth edition of the Cultural and Artistic Innovations Festival was held at Abomey Calavi University on March 12, 2022, recording the participation of more than five hundred participants.

This festival was marked by the messages of eminent personalities such as: Vice President of Abomey Calavi University, who gave a welcoming address and a wonderful testimony about our founder, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon; Mayor of Sakete City; and the Representative of UEMOA in Benin, Hem Desire Batchassi.

Two Mayors and four University Presidents were nominated as Ambassadors for Peace by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) Africa Vice President, Dr. Paterne Zinsou. Among the awardees were: Mayor of Abomey – Calavi City, Hem Evariste Ahouandjinou; Mayor of Ketou city, Mrs. Lucie Sessinou; and President of Abomey – Calavi, Ketou, ISM Adonai, and Verechaguine Universities.

At the same time, young and prominent leaders received the Youth Heroes Award 2021 for supporting the peace education tour that reached thirteen thousand students in 2021. Mr. Gauthier Odjrado, a young innovator, and Azandegbe Kolade, the representative of the Ministry of High Education, received the prestigious award.

The festival created a vivid atmosphere with different artistic performances prepared by GPA missionaries and other art groups.
