Character Education and Peace Project #DR Congo

IAYSP Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) organized a Character Education and Peace Project on December 19, 2021, in Beni City.
Under the theme, “Becoming a Peace Activist,” IAYSP DRC and the Urban Coordination of the Peace Forum of Beni City put together a conference to challenge young people and students on the types of behavior to adopt during the period of crisis, to make their contributions to the restoration of peace in the city of Beni; in particular and throughout the eastern part of the country – which has, generally, become plagued by increased insecurity following terrorist attacks, carnage, kidnapping, and rape.
