Keep the Smile Campaign #Costa Rica

IAYSP Costa Rica coordinated a fundraising project for three children, Jimena, Viviana, and Ethan, who have cancer and whose families are experiencing financial difficulties.

The motto was, “If we can keep the smile of a kid, every effort made is worthy.” The project was organized in cooperation with the Pollitos de Hiero Foundation, who supported through providing diary products.

These three families live quite a distance from each other and the pandemic heightened the difficulty in visiting each other directly. As a result, an option for donations to be sent to a bank account was arranged, and funds would be transferred to the foundation.
