Donation Drive for Typhoon Odette Survivors #Philippines

IAYSP Palawan Chapter worked in partnership with the City Government of Puerto Princesa to conduct a volunteer activity on December 26, 2021; at the Palawan State University Gymnasium, Tiniguiban Heights, Brgy. Tiniguiban situated in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Several active youth organizations and concerned citizens volunteered to contribute towards achieving a common aim of packing relief essentials for people affected by Typhoon Odette.

Then, they collaborated with some Philippine organizations such as HTM, UPF, and WFWP-Palawan to hold a Donation Drive on December 29 – 30, 2021, in several barangays in the municipality of Roxas, Palawan; to assist families devastated by Typhoon Odette.

All monetary donations were gathered from partners, and 800 relief supplies were allocated to families living in the following Roxas barangays: Salvacion, Magara, Jolo, Tagumpay, Rizal, Nicanor Zabala, and New Cuyo.
